Hi, I’m Dorina Simmonds, a Certified Health Coach trained at CNM College in London, with a background in health and wellness since 2015.
I created this space for women like me-women who hold it all together on the outside, but deep down feel tired, bloated, overwhelmed, and out of sync with their bodies.
If you’re constantly exhausted, craving sugar at night, struggling to lose weight, and crashing mid-afternoon-no matter how “healthy” you try to be-it’s not just you.
These are often signs of insulin resistance, prediabetes, or blood sugar imbalance, and they’re more common than you think.
I know that place because I’ve been there too.
I’m currently on my journey of reversing insulin resistance and losing weight naturally, after years of dealing with symptoms I didn’t fully understand.
That experience, combined with my years in health and wellness, fuels my mission to help other women feel like themselves again, without confusion, guilt, or extreme diets.
My Approach
My coaching is holistic, personalised, and realistic. I support women with insulin resistance, prediabetes, or type 2 diabetes in creating simple, sustainable habits that restore energy, balance hormones, and reduce cravings-without cutting out real food or pushing harder when you're already exhausted.
